Oh, yes, --- I write in a lot of genres, including Noir mystery and romantic western. I also re-tell traditional folk tales and make old fairy tales carefully cracked. I'm often awake very early in the morning. A cuppa, and fifteen minutes later I'm usually writing something. ;)

The Horrid Monster From The 1957 Movie "Forbidden Planet"...
The invisible monster was based on the MGM lion... This was SO WELL DONE that it still holds up by today's CGI standards. And, the concept of the story is terrifying, ~ that there are "monsters" inside every one of us, even the best people, monsters from the id, ~ the primitive in each human being.
