This scene from the 1939 "Wizard Of Oz" was so well done that it even stands up to CGI work of today.
Maggie Hamilton was fabulous as The Wicked Witch Of The West.
I will never live in Kansas, Iowa or Oklahoma. Or, live in a house without a basement. When the sky turns dark green I get spooked.
