Meanwhile...

Meanwhile...
I love all creatures. I consider them, all of them, to be sentient beings... I write thrillers, fantasy, mysteries, gothic horror, romantic adventure, occult, Noir, westerns and various types of short stories. I also re-tell traditional folk tales and make old fairy tales carefully cracked. I'm often awake very early in the morning. A cuppa, and fifteen minutes later I'm usually writing something. ;)

So INTERESTING, --- The History Of The Real Moulin Rouge (The Red Mill)...

🌸🌸🌸FREEDOM, BEAUTY, TRUTH AND LOVE!!!💋💋💋

Opening in 1889, the Moulin Rouge was the first building in Paris, --- "The City Of Lights," to have electricity. Famous artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec painted it's denizens, --- the showgirls and their rich patrons, the star singer Jane Avril. The stucco elephant in the outdoor garden, --- where, supposedly, opium smokers gathered to see belly dancers, cost only one franc, but only men could enter. Moulin Rouge girls, --- the dancers and entertainers, didn't have to sell their bodies to make a good living. Still, they certainly knew how to be seductive.
